Placing an Order
WHC takes pride in continually satisfying its clients.
The clients are impressed by general products as well as custom-made ones.
Custom-made orders are taken after finalising aspects like purpose for which the product/item is being made, personal preference for fabric, colour, design and pricing.
WHC optimises the quantity of its product-delivery with time. The organisation is aware of the volume of output it is capable of delivering, given that all is done by hand (except tailoring!). This time and production management is of course coupled to delivery of high quality of products.
While negotiating an order WHC mentions time deadline along with a quote.
The stages of placing an order are:
Select product --> Discuss and select fabric (whether inner lining is required or not) --> Discuss and decide design --> Discuss and decide colour of thread --> Receive quote and deadline --> Pay 50% advance against acknowledgement (credit card payment not available) --> Delivery on deadline upon satisfaction and payment of balance amount.
Every order is documented.
