Designs:
designs are drawn and emboidered with hand with folk designs or designs invented to specific order. WHC is always happy to provide new designs to cater to customers' tastes.
Fabric type:
is mainly hand woven cotton, namely, "Khadi" and hand woven silk -- "Tussar", 'Half-Tussar' and polyester-cotton, namely, 'Tery-cotton', 'Tery-Khadi'. Powerloom fabrics, namely Bangalore silk, are also used if requested by customers.
Fast colour:
all types of fabric for every kind of product is colour-tested, washed and dried before embroidery commences.
Thread used:
always "Anchor".
Batik:
Along with embroidery WHC specialises in Batik. Often Batik and Kantha are combined to come up with gorgeous-yet-unique looks.
Salvaging or Converting:
The WHC team is also expert in salvaging or converting old fabric. WHC has converted used saris to make beautiful stoles or salwar-sets or kurtas as requested by customers.
