WHC takes pride in continually satisfying its customers.
The customers are impressed by the fabric, concept and quality of embroidery of standard products as well as custom-made items.
Custom-made orders are finalised after discussing and agreeing on:
WHC is aware of the volume of output it is capable of delivering, given that all is done by hand (except tailoring!). Time and production management is of course linked to delivery of high quality of products.
While negotiating an order WHC mentions time deadline along with a price-quote.
Place an Order
The stages of placing an order are:
WHC makes sure that the customer checks all aspects of product – fabric, design, colour of thread, stitching/tailoring – at the time of final payment and delivery of product.
WHC does not compensate or refund money for any subsequent damage (including in-transit) to product.
If, however, a customer approaches WHC with request to repair an accidental damage that occurred due to an incident at the customer’s end, WHC assesses the damage and may offer its service either with or without charge. Any accidental error (wrong design or colour of thread or fabric) by WHC is corrected efficiently.
